21 Days of Gratitude

Yesterday, I listened to a TED Talk by Shawn Achor about happiness. You can listen to it here. One thing he mentioned to increase happiness was for 21 days write down 3 different things that you are grateful for. The benefit of this is explained here. I am going to try it and see what happens.

Feb 7th Dishwasher safe dildos No kids to find dildos in the dishwasher Being fucked when I beg for it
